Established in 2013 originally as MLC Advice Buderim, the company was re-branded to Impact Wealth in 2020 to reflect the company ethos of having a positive impact on the financial lives of our clients and having a positive impact in the local community in which we live.

At Impact Wealth, we provide a structured four-step procedure to ensure you receive a customised financial plan that aligns with your unique goals, circumstances, and concerns.

Contact Us

New clients will progress through the following steps

Initial appointment

During this meeting we will take the time to listen to you, learn about your goals and objectives and obtain a full understanding of your current situation. After this meeting and your consent to move forward we will undertake Research and develop the appropriate strategies to have you on the way to a retirement you can love.


Our pricing is based on value and complexity and is tailored to each client and how much work is required to maximise your situation. We charge a flat dollar fee with no hidden commissions, fees or other incentives.


You get the best advice based on your needs.


At the end of your initial appointment, we will have a fair idea on how we can best be of service to you and also the cost of that service at which point we can provide you with a written quote.

Advice Delivery

At this appointment we will deliver our Statement of Advice which is the

formal document delivering our detailed and personalised strategies to you.


This will be explained in an easy-to-understand format and you will have the opportunity to ask as many questions as you like. We like to make sure our clients are empowered by understanding their retirement strategy.


At the end of this appointment, you will be asked to sign the Authority to Proceed which is your consent to move forward.

Implementation

Once you have provided consent to proceed the team at Impact Wealth

will be hard at work implementing the recommendations we have made. Very rarely is there anything for our clients to do. You will be provided with regular updates along the way to ensure you are comfortable and informed at all times, regarding the implementation of our recommendations.

Client Service Agreement

Once your advice has been fully implemented we will provide

ongoing services to you through our client service agreement. You will pay an annual fixed fee which can be deducted through your super, pension, investments or personal banking.


The services provided include ongoing management and implementation of your strategies and investments and at least one formal meeting per year. We are available at any time during the year to answer your queries and provide you with assistance when required.

We have aligned with OzHarvest to donate two meals for every year of retirement that we manage on behalf of our clients. We are currently managing over 3,500 years of our clients retirement and have donated over 7,000 meals.

 

Our goal is to donate 30,000 meals.
